AMD version of the driver to support 3D graphics in browsers

3D graphics in the browser has moved a significant step closer, with AMD announces availability of the first drivers that support industry standard WebGL,
WebGL standard is a key advance, from large companies wanting to use the hardware in your computer with Open GL and allow for more advanced graphics in browsers.
AMD OpenGL ES 2.0, which should allow the driver a lot, described as applications, such as experience in the browser, which could include 3D graphics and improve the next generation Internet.
Steadfast supporter
AMD is a loyal supporter of industry standards, including those that unlock the power of GPU acceleration, said Manju Hegde, vice president of AMDs Fusion Experience Program.

OpenGL ES 2.0 driver will come with AMDs ATI Catalyst beta for 10.7 OpenGL ES 2.0, which should be available during the day.
All currently available for AMDs graphics products issued after 2008 should be able to handle new drivers, including the desktop ATI Radeon, ATI Mobility Radeon graphics and ATI FirePro professional graphics cards.
